Dip N Strip

Due to the nature of our industry any items sent are sent at the customers own risk against any type of damage whether in transit or throughout the stripping process.

1 - Water based products, acrylic and polyurethane products cannot be removed through the stripping process.
2 - We cannot guarantee the removal of stains.

3 - Any glass left in doors or furniture is done so at customers own risk.

4 - Any door furniture is left on at customers own risk against loss or damage.

5 - Wood is an organic product and porous in nature, whilst every effort is made t stop any shrinking, bowing of panels or distortion we cannot guarantee this won t happen although it is very rare.

6 - If an item is of any great value we must be informed at point of booking as we may recommend a different process.

7 - The removal of stains, and paint residue in crevices is not guaranteed.

8 - Dip N Strip demands that when our operatives are on your premises, insuring them against any damage sustained to goods, property or persons will be at customers own cost.
